            The Committee on Agriculture and Natural Resources moved to amend the bill as follows:

            On page 1, line 23, section 6a, by striking through the word “total” and inserting in lieu thereof the word “exceeds”;

            And

            On page 2, line 1, section 6a, by striking through the words “additional funds collected” and inserting in lieu thereof the words “the excess balance”.
